• Payment : 

​Customers are welcome to use Paypal when ordering from our Etsy store. For those of you who are not familiar with Paypal, you can use this method to pay using most credit cards or straight out of your bank account. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay with your credit card, just follow the instructions provided.

 

• Security of your information and transaction : 

Your personal and billing information will be kept absolutely confidential as all your credit cards and Paypal payments will be processed through Paypal and therefore, Sabouna Handmade Soaps & Cosmetics will not have direct access to your credit card numbers or account information.

 

• Our return policy:

 

​​At Sabouna Handmade Soaps & Cosmetics, our customer’s satisfaction is our number one priority. Yusra ELSawi, owner of Sabouna Soaps, examine all orders before they are sent out to insure top quality; however, in the event that you are not satisfied with your product, we will accept returns for undamaged and unused products. To process a return, please email us at sabounahandmadesoaps [@] gmail.com with your Name, Order Number and reason for return. We will only accept returns within 10 days after your order is placed.

Please check the current processing times on each listing before purchasing. This information is displayed on top of the shipping rates. If you have concerns about processing or delivery times, or if you need your order urgently, please contact us prior to placing your order.

All orders are shipped by Malaysia Post International Registered Mail. If you do not find your country on the shipping list, please feel free to email us at sabounahandmadesoaps [@] gmail.com and we will happily process your order. Moreover, feel free to contact us for a shipping estimation on multiple items before purchasing.
